MANUAL OSTEOPATHY

“The Body has the innate ability to heal itself”- Osteopathic Principle

OSTEOPATHY is completely hands-on meaning the practitioner is a functional anatomist working with the bones, muscles, ligaments, fascia and joints to bring back balance as these areas can become restricted, constricted, inflamed, tender and spasmodic. Osteopathy looks at the body as a whole and can perceive the origin of the problem which is the cause and the pain merely a symptom. Treatments aim to positively affect the body’s nervous system, circulatory and lymphatic systems.

SERVICES: Manual Osteopathy, Sport Injuries, Pediatric Care (Newborns/Infants & Children), TMJ Treatments, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Active Stretch Therapy.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY (CST): assesses and treats the mobility of the skull, it may also be used to treat the spine, sacrum and other parts of the body. The goal is to adjust the body’s physiology by restoring optimal balance and neuro-vascular flow surrounding the (CNS) central nervous system.

VISCERAL MANIPULATION: is used to effectively treat organs and viscera of the body.
